Our Design & Preliminaries service is a paid engagement that takes a project from early concept through to a coordinated, buildable outcome. We develop the design and documentation, guide key selections, and establish clear allowances and scope so the project is properly defined before construction begins. We also coordinate consultant inputs, applications, and required approvals to progress the project to a construction-ready stage.

Once the project is documented and approved, we take full control of delivery. We manage the construction program, procurement, and trade coordination, enforcing site standards and quality control at every stage. Clients receive clear communication and consistent oversight through to completion and handover, delivering a finished home that holds the original design intent in every detail.
